We cannot be held responsible for any damage or spoilage, whether in shipping or in actual use. Any expectation you have for the return of the product, or its remnants will be agreed to prior to your sending us the product or materials for review.

Once testing has taken place, reference to your product will be identified as having been tested by us to differentiate it from other products we present based on secondary evidence.
